Of these specifications, Xiaomi emphasizes the 90 Hz refresh rate aspect, which allows users to do multi-tasking and play games smoothly. This is said to be an advantage because entry-level cellphone screens are usually stuck at 60 Hz only.

The top center of the Redmi 13 C 4G screen is enlivened by a camera module that resembles a water drop. This module contains an 8 MP (f/2.0) selfie camera, an increase from the 5 MP (f/2.2) camera on the Redmi 12C.

The Xiaomi Redmi 13C 4G is powered by an eight-core (octa-core) MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, with a maximum clock speed of 2 GHz. This System-on-Chip (SoC) is combined with 6 GB/8 GB RAM and 128 GB/256 GB storage media.

If it is not enough, RAM can be expanded up to 8 GB by utilizing the Extended RAM feature. On the other hand, storage can be added using a microSD card up to 1 TB.

The Xiaomi Redmi 13C 4G is supported by a jumbo 5,000 mAh battery with 18 Watt fast charging technology. This battery is claimed to last 25 hours in standby mode, 31 hours for calling and 23 hours for video playback.

The operating system (OS) being run is Android 13, which is polished with the MiUI 14 interface (UI). So, the Redmi 13C 4G has not received a new interface to replace MiUI, namely HyperOS.

Other supporting features consist of a fingerprint scanner integrated with a power button (side-mounted), 4G connectivity, USB-C, 3.5 mm audio jack, Dual SIM, GPS, face unlock, and many more.

There is also NFC which makes it easier for users to carry out financial transactions, such as topping up e-wallet cards and paying for public transportation.

Xiaomi Indonesia guarantees a cellphone warranty for 15 months, with updates to the Android operating system twice and security updates for three years. The company provides 500 service center outlets spread across Indonesia.
